SpongeBob SquarePants! He is really cool! and so
are his friends! We made the bulletin board and
chat room so SpongeBob fans can join together
and exchange ideas and information. Don't give
out your last name, address or phone number! and
no bad language! The bulletin board and chat
room is NOT monitored and inappropriate postings
are NOT removed - parental guidance is
suggested. Threats and other illegal postings
are TOS violations and are subject to review -
your ISP or local police may be notified. We
absolutely forward all threats to the police.

Materials
If you
have a fan club site of your own and you want to
post a link to it on our Bulletin board, your
site can not display copyright and/or trademark
images. Postings with links to sites using
copyright and/or trademark images may be
removed. Posting our disclaimer on your site is
not enough to display copyright materials and is
not enough to have us link to you site. This
Fan Club can not grant permission to use these
images and requests will be deleted without a
response. You must contact Nick for permission.
Fan Art
All Fan Art submissions becomes the sole
property of the SpongeBob Fan Club and ZD
Multimedia Inc., and may be reproduced, sold,
distributed, etc., without further permission or
obligation.
Information Collection
We use your IP address to help diagnose problems
with our server, and to administer our Web site
and it is automatically recorded by our Bulletin
Board when posting a message however we do not
otherwise collect or store this information. We
also do not track the cookies our new site sets
and is used only by the system to remember the
user and their settings.
Our new site require users to give us contact
information (like their name and email address).
When someone voluntarily submits their name or
email address, we use that contact information
to send the user information about our fan club
and promotional material from some of our
advertisers. The contact information is also
used to contact our visitors when necessary
(especially if they're nasty). Users may opt-out
